are the flowers from?
As quality is the prime concern of Celebration Flowers,
many of the flowers are grown locally by Lin and Nigel or
other Guernsey nurseries. When necessary blooms are sourced
internationally.
How
do I place an order online?
Either
go to our Home page or
the flower type of your choice from the menu on the left,
click on your selection and follow the prompts through our
order system paying on a secure WorldPay page with your credit
or debit card.

I order over the phone or fax?

Browse our flower shop, simply make a note of the reference

details ready.

How
do I enter a personal message to accompany my order?
You
can enter a personal message to accompany your order at
the check out section. It will be applied to an appropriate

I specify a delivery date?
You
can enter a preferred delivery date at the check out section.
However, we cannot guarantee requested delivery dates.
Can
the billing address and delivery address be different?
Yes,
you can enter a different delivery address at the check out
section.
What delivery options are there?
All
deliveries are First Class Post to the UK. For local Guernsey
deliveries go to
www.tussiemussieflowers.com.
What
happens if my flowers are damaged when they are delivered?
On
the rare occasions that flowers get damaged in transfer, we
will usually replace the flowers within reason.
How
do I look after my flowers?
Flowerfood
and instructions are included with your flowers.
How
will my flowers be packaged?
Flowers
are presented in a celowrap and placed in a tissue-lined box.
